To learn how you can sign out of your TV provider, select your supported device from the list below:
NOTE: When you sign out of your TV provider, please note that you will have to repeat the activation process the next time you access the Freeform live stream and certain on-demand content.
Need help signing out? If you are having trouble signing out of your TV provider on a Roku or Amazon Fire TV/Fire Stick device, please refer to our troubleshooting tips.
- If you are having trouble signing out of your TV provider on a different supported device, please contact Freeform Support by phone at 1-800-278-8216, through the email option below, or by selecting the chatbot icon in the bottom right corner.
Computer
- Go to the top right corner of the page and select the account owner’s name
- From the dropdown menu, select Manage Account
- On the Link TV provider screen, select Sign Out
Mobile and tablet
- Select the Account section in the Freeform app
- Select Manage
- On the TV provider screen, select Sign Out
TV-connected streaming device
- Select the Account section in the Freeform app
- Select TV Provider
- On the TV provider screen, select Sign Out
