Chrome
- Open your Chrome browser
- Open the More menu (indicated by three vertical dots) and select Settings
- On the left-side pane, select Privacy and security
- Open the Cookies and other site data menu
- Under General settings, ensure the bubble next to Allow all cookies is filled in
Firefox
- Open your Firefox browser
- Open the More menu (indicated by three horizontal lines) and select Settings
- If you are running Mac OS, select Preferences
- Some Windows OS versions may display Options instead of Settings
- On the left-side pane, select Privacy & Security
- Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data
- Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, ensure the bubble next to Standard is filled in
Edge
- Open your Edge browser
- Open the More menu (indicated by three horizontal dots) and select Settings
- On the left-side pane, select Cookies and site permissions
- Under Cookies and data stored, open the Manage and delete cookies and site data menu
- Ensure the toggle switch next to Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended) is on
Safari
- Open the Safari menu on your Mac browser’s toolbar and select Settings
- Some Mac OS versions may display Options instead
- Select the Privacy tab
- Under Cookies and website data, ensure the checkbox next to Block all cookies is not checkmarked
