1. Confirm that your computer meets our minimum system requirements.
2. Check your Internet download speed. Internet download speeds should be 1.5 Mbps or better. Your Wi-Fi or mobile signal indicator does not necessarily correlate to your download speed. There are a number of web sites where you can conduct a free “Internet speed test.” FAQ for speed test.
3. Drag the rewind button back in time several minutes in the program timeline.
Refresh your browser or close your browser and open it again.
4. Close other computer applications or Internet browser sessions in order to minimize your computer processing usage.
5. Disconnect other Internet Wi-Fi connected devices that may be online at the same time.
6. Try a different browser.
7. Restart your computer.

Mobile Devices

3. Drag the rewind button back in time several minutes in the program timeline.
4. Check to see if you can play videos from other apps.
5. Delete your app and re-install.
6. Disconnect other Internet Wi-Fi connected devices that may be online at the same time.
7. Restart your device.
