If you are having issues with your TV provider web page refreshing, make sure you have cookies enabled on your computer or mobile browser.
To enable cookies using Google Chrome:
- Open your Chrome browser
- In the top right corner of the Chrome browser window, open the More menu (indicated by three vertical dots) and select Settings
- On the left-side pane, select Privacy and security
- Select Cookies and other site data
- Under General settings, set to Allow all cookies
To enable cookies using Firefox:
- Open your Firefox browser
- In the top right corner of the Firefox browser window, open the More menu (indicated by three horizontal lines) and select Settings
- On the left-side pane, select Privacy & Security
- Under Browser Privacy, set to Standard
